The Magi (The Poem)

Skies of yore and there I stood,
stupendous still in my hood.
Caspar beneath the star,
withholding secrets from afar.

Wallowed deep in euphoria,
omens and tokens are trivia.
Pondering for the promised King,
behold a tribute I bring.

I, a mystical magi on steady stride,
with firm faith ever as my guide.
Witness to wonders yet unseen,
The Truth yet to glean.
